You’ll have the opportunity to chat with New RNs Community Manager, Elizabeth Davis, DNP, RN-C, MNN. Liz recently completed her DNP capstone project which focused on revising her hospital’s new graduate RN cohort curriculum and working with new RNs during their residency program. She currently serves as Lead Nurse on an obstetrical unit providing high-level clinical and educational support for nursing staff. As a faculty member in a collegiate school of nursing, Liz has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses on a variety of topics including pediatrics, obstetrics, and legal and ethical aspects of nursing practice. A highly experienced clinical nurse, she holds certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing. |
