I am a current DNP student in healthcare systems leadership. I welcome any guidance from DNP or Ph.D. prepared nurses with nurse leadership, project management, and expertise in EBP change.
I am in need of a mentor to assist/guide me through my DNP practice change project using the most current research information available. Currently, I have an interest in the mental health field and improving the morale of staff working on high-acuity psychiatric units. I hope to one day help to increase the attractiveness of psychiatric nursing to aid in the improvement of recruitment and retention rates in the profession.
I work as an independent contractor for a pharmaceutical company providing home-based training and education on the use of an injection device.
I have earned an ADN, BSN, MSN-Nurse Educator, and plan to complete my DNP degree in 2020.
