•Work to Connect ONA and its membership to Health Care Leaders, State Leaders, and the Public

•Managed Public Relations campaign for Men in Nursing Calendar producing coverage across the state including section front page story in Tulsa World
•Initiated ONA Organizational Sponsorship Program raising over $35,000 from hospitals to engage nurses in ONA programing
•Directed Fundraising Campaign of $40,000 annually from business and industry to underwrite special events and meetings at OkACTE
•Created successful marketing plan for a $300,000 national seminars program at NCSL
•Formulated sales initiative increasing advertising revenue in key issues by more than 100 percent for State Legislatures Magazine.
