I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years. I started as a C.N.A. then became a patient care/ medication nurse, supervisor, assistant director, director, corporate educator, regional director and am currently a corporate director of clinical services. My business serves a variety of settings including : in and out patient, skilled nursing, assisted living, correctional , and substance abuse treatment centers. I assist with clincial, accreditation, survey, training, EHR, licensing, permitting, compliance and other responsibilities. Having this variety of experience helps me related to and understand the perspectives of others.
